Yes. Novel CBD™ legally ships its proprietary hemp-derived CBD products to all 50 States. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Because our products contain either 0.0% THC (Hemp-Derived CBD isolate) or less than 0.3% THC (full-spectrum), we are allowed by U.S. federal law to ship to all states.
Cannabinoids are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant and have been patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as “antioxidants and neuroprotectants.” While there are dozens of identified cannabinoids, Novel CBD™ plants have naturally high levels of Cannabidiol (CBD) while having only trace amounts of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Novel CBD products either contain 0% THC (Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate) or less than 0.3% THC (Full Spectrum).

Yes. Phytocannabinoids are the dozens of different cannabinoids naturally found in the hemp plant. Novel CBD™ hemp genetics have a naturally high concentration of the phytocannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) while also containing a full spectrum of all other phytocannabinoids, which makes our products unique in this regard. Novel CBD™ Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate products are also produced from these rich phytocannabinoid oils.
Yes. While Novel CBD™ products are produced in an FDA registered food-grade facility, we take the extra step to ensure safety and quality by having all products independently tested by a third party.

Yes. Novel CBD™ hemp-derived CBD is grown on U.S. family farms, primarily in the rich, fertile soils of Kentucky. The Novel CBD production protocols provide the farmers with proprietary genetics, agronomic training and a platform to turn hard work into profits.
Discovered in the late 1990s, all mammals produce cannabinoids naturally as part of what’s called our “Endocannabinoid System” (ECS). The ECS serves to help the body’s immune, central nervous, and digestive systems maintain balance, or homeostasis. When our bodies are deficient in cannabinoids due to genetics or environmental stress, a variety of neurological conditions can develop. Fortunately, plant-based phytocannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD), can be introduced into our diets when cannabinoid deficiencies exist. Novel CBD™ full-spectrum hemp oils contain dozens of cannabinoids patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as antioxidants and neuroprotectants, including cannabidiol (CBD). Our CBD Isolate products contain only the single CBD cannabinoid and are available in oils, powders and water-soluble material.
Some people prefer to consume CBD in conjunction with all other naturally occurring cannabinoids (full-spectrum). Others prefer to only consume CBD by itself, whether it be due to personal preference or to avoid a positive THC drug test. Some people feel as though the full- spectrum oils perform better for health concerns due to the “entourage effect” of all cannabinoids working together, while others indicate results from our Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate products.
The “entourage effect” is the theory that full-spectrum oils perform better for health concerns than do Hemp-Derived CBD isolates due to a superior impact from the “entourage” of all cannabinoids working together. With limited medical research existing, Novel CBD™ offers both full-spectrum and THC-free Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate products.

No. Novel CBD products are classified as industrial hemp food products and are therefore available legally to everyone.
Under Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill (Agricultural Act of 2014), Congress permits the growth and cultivation of industrial hemp under state sponsored departments of agriculture. Novel CBD operates in accordance with partners and processors who are regulated and approved by the Farm Bill and under the supervision of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Yes. As famously evidenced by the miraculous impact that CBD had on little Charlotte Figi’s life without adverse side effects, our products are safe for children. Novel CBD™ products contain the same genetic cultivars and are formulated by the same team of scientists that made Charlotte’s original miraculous hemp oil.
Novel CBD™ Hemp-Derived CBD Isolate products contain 0.0% THC, so they are safe for those who must take a test for the positive presence of THC. As with all hemp products, using our Full Spectrum products creates the chance that a positive test for THC could be triggered despite there only being trace amounts present in the oil. We recommend you consult with your employer or doctor before taking Full Spectrum products if a positive test for THC is a concern.
No, Novel CBD™ does not sell seed or clones. Any products purporting to be such are not affiliated with Novel CBD™ in any way.
There is no genetic difference in terms of the hemp-derived CBD utilized in each of these products. Charlotte’s Web is a specific consumer brand which happens to use the same hemp cultivar as Novel CBD™ . Our products are considered equally safe and effective, while arguably much more enjoyable, but that may be up to you to decide.
